Shipping is done on Monday - Friday. Once the package leaves us, we have no control over delivery. US Priority Mail is approximately 3-5 days within the continental USA, UPS, Fed-Ex, is approximately 3-4 days within the continental USA. Each package has a tracking number. The purchaser will recieve confirmation of the tracking number by email. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping Charges
Within the Continental United States:
When shopping online through our secure shopping service, shipping charges are estimated and calculated automatically based on the total order amount of the purchase. On occasion, shipping charges may need to be adjusted for oversized or heavy items. In the event that shipping charges need to be adjusted, the buyer will be notified by email and must approve the additional shipping costs before the order is processed. If ordering by phone, or by mail, please use our list of estimated shipping charges.

Damage During Shipping
A great deal of care is taken when packaging your items for shipment. Occasionally accidents happen. If your items arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and immediately contact us by email at Robert@realafricaworkshop.com, or by phone or through our contact us page.

Damaged items will be replaced or refunded based on purchasers request and the return of the item/s in question . All returns must be received within 3 weeks after receiving the items. Our return policy states a 3 week time period for item/s purchased to be returned. We are willing to will work with the purchaser based on individual circumstances as long as the purchaser is in contact with us regarding the delay.

There are no additional fees for returns. However, shipping cannot be reimbursed. If receiving replaced item/s due to damages, the shipping costs will be free of charge/included.
